About Simon Hansford

We are a trading company. Selling commodities - Products include Dairy, milk powders, Sugar, Rice, meats, poultry, oils and gas from Brazil, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Our markets include China, Asia, Middle East, India and Africa.

We established an ice cream and yogurt manufacturing company in the early eighties.
In 2008 when China's dairy industry was in crisis, we were quick to build a new infant formula plant, the first of its kind in Australia or New Zealand.
China market was our sole focus. Our products were well received, and the China journey began.
Since this time, we have assisted the Chinese with products (Sugar, Chicken meat, and Soybean) from Brazil.
We now have many business connection, suppliers and clients who trust our services because of the years of experience trading in the regions and a thorough knowledge of the products either we trade or manufacture.

Established in 2010 (formally Network Foods Australia), Gateway Trade International specializes in trading a broad range of commodities internationally. From dairy, sugar, meats, and oils to gas, we source from various regions such as Brazil, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
